Position: Senior Web Programmer (PHP)-2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead entire Web Development Team.
- Requirement analysis
- Project planning, documentation liaising with clients and team members.
- Hand coding dynamic websites, e-commerce websites.
- Testing, debugging and quality assurance.
- Updating, rebuilding the existing website and components as per the requirement.
- Technical Documentation of project proposal as required by marketing department in the preparation of proposal and other documents required.
- Research and development (R & D) on new technology, new platform, new concepts etc.
- On-site visit for briefs with clients and stakeholders.
Required Competencies:
- Demonstrated project success in a similar role
- Master/Bachelor Degree in computer application/engineering/IT
- Professional working experience on developing and integrating e-commerce solutions
- At least 2+ years of experience in core programming (hand coding), experience in leading a team is desirable.
- Hands on experience in PHP, ASP, Java and CSS (knowledge of ruby, Ajax, .net technology as well as open source customization is highly desirable )
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Web 2.0
- System Analysis and Design
- Database design and implementation.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Position: .NET Programmer -2
Responsibilities:
- Development of Web and Desktop Applications.
- Testing and Implementation.
- Proper documentation of work done.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering or Computer related degree.
- A minimum of 1 years of prior working experience in desktop or web development in .NET technology.
- Strong and proven ability to learn.
- Proven knowledge in VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
Position: Sr. Web/Graphic Designer-2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead entire designing team.
- Taking briefs from clients and marketing team.
- Designing mock up web templates, banners, advertisements
- Template conversion to CSS/(X)HTML (W3C valid)
- Re-skinning of existing web-sites
- Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions
- Updating the existing website of client’s as per the request.
- All the necessary designing work of the company and its clients as required.
Required Competencies:
- Hands on experience on (X)HTML, CSS coding and layout.
- Advanced working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of CorelDraw, Page Maker, Swish, Elastic reality, Fireworks and other graphic designing tools is an added advantage
- Knowledge of cross browser issues and search engine and image optimization.
- Strong focus on usability and accessibility
- General knowledge of PHP, ASP, MySQL and java scripting
- General knowledge of Web2.0 design practices.
- At least 1+ year(s) of experience in web/graphic designing
- Experience in print design is added advantage.
- Highly Creative and fast learner
- Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
- A team player is a must
